Visitor Services
The Roman Baths has approximately 80
staff working in Visitor Services looking after our visitors from
all around the world. Approximately 50 have permanent
contracts the rest have fixed term contracts based on the seasonal
tourist peak.

Recruitment for Visitor Services Assistants
usually starts in December for seasonal posts for the following
spring; and in March for seasonal jobs in the shop. Permanent
jobs are advertised when vacancies occur throughout the year.

Behind the scenes vacancies come up from time
to time, including jobs within the following teams: Operations;
Curatorial; Learning & Programmes; Marketing; Group Bookings;
