The Roman Baths has a number of service standards that we do our
best to meet in our everyday operations. They are based on
extensive consultation with our service users. They have been
grouped into five subject areas and you can read them by clicking
on the list to the left.
These standards are specific to The Roman Baths and are in
addition to a broader set of standards that apply to the whole of
Bath & North East Somerset Council. These Council-wide

left.
