- Personal guides for special tours of up to 25
people at an extra charge, subject to availability.
- Group rates apply to 20 people or over.
Groups must enter en bloc with the leader paying for the whole
group. Advance booking is essential and
must be made at least two working days in
advance. (You do not need to give exact
numbers at that point.) Please contact our Group Bookings
Office for more details.
- If you arrive more than an hour either side
of your allotted time, or if no booking has been received by us at
least two working days in advance, you will be liable for a
supplementary charge of £25 per group. You are also likely to
experience a delay in entering, especially at busy times.
- 1 group organiser may enter free of charge
per 20 paying customers. This only applies to bona
fide group organisers and not to members of the group.
Group organisers must be prepared to show their employment
credentials to receive this benefit. The coach driver is also
free of charge.
- Tour operator vouchers can only be accepted
if prior arrangements have been made.
- We can also provide teaching sessions on a
range of subjects. Teachers accompanying school groups of 20 people
or more are admitted free on condition that they supervise their
group throughout their visit in the following ratio - Up to 11
years: 1 teacher free per 10 children, 12 years and upwards: 1
teacher free per 15 children. Please contact our Group Bookings
