Admission to the Roman Baths includes the free
use of an award-winning audioguide available in eight
languages, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin,
Spanish and Russian.
A hand held British sign language guide is
also freely available and a recent addition is a special audio
guide with enhanced audio description for people with visual
impairment. If you think either of these special guides will be
helpful to you please tell a member of staff at the audio guide
issue counter.
A children's audioguide is
available featuring Roman characters and their stories.
A new colourful addition to the audiotours is the 'Bryson at the Baths', a tour by Bill
Bryson.
Printed language sheets are available at the Roman Baths reception
in the following: Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, Czech, Danish, Dutch,
Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Korean, Malay, Norwegian,
Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Urdu,
Welsh.
