Terms & Conditions

This competition is run by The Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, and Pump Room Restaurant. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other social network.

How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must answer the question ‘How many minerals are in the waters of the spring that feeds The Roman Baths, Thermae Spa and Pump Room?’ on Instagram or Facebook.
• Answers should be shared on competition posts on The Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, and the Pump Room Restaurant Instagram or Facebook pages.
• Entries must be submitted before midnight on Sunday 2 February. 
• Entrants should follow The Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, and The Pump Room Restaurant on Instagram or Facebook. 

Entry Limitations:

• One entry will be accepted per participant.

Competition Period:

• Entries must be submitted during the competition period: 28/01/2025 – 02/02/2025

Prize:

The winner will receive: 

• Entrance to The Roman Baths for two adults
• Thermae Welcome Spa package (2-hour spa session and use of towel & robe) for two adults at Thermae Bath Spa. Full details of the prize.
• Afternoon tea for two at The Pump Room Restaurant. Full details of the prize

The prize is valid until 31st January 2026. 

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

The Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, and The Pump Room Restaurant reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all submitted correct entries.
• The winner will be contacted by direct message in the week of 3 February by The Roman Baths. If The Roman Baths does not receive a response within a week, they reserve the right to offer the prize to someone else.

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
• Employees of The Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, and the Pump Room Restaurant and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Privacy:

• Participants’ personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Liability:

• The Roman Baths is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to network, hardware, or software failures.

General Conditions:

• The Roman Baths reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Roman Baths, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
