Come and discover the history of Twerton, and see historic objects found in the area.
Come along to a free Festival of Archaeology event in partnership with Creative Twerton.
We’ll be displaying objects found in the Twerton area of Bath, including a huge mammoth’s tooth discovered in a gravel pit!
Find out about Twerton in times gone by, and see objects found in archaeological digs in the area – from Medieval pottery to a Georgian health remedy.
Have a go at some creative crafts, and explore old maps and pictures showing how Twerton has developed over the years.
Free, drop-in event suitable for all ages.
